Sir,
I am truly Sorry to give you so much trouble — I hope you will excuse my writing this Letter to you — since I Recd your Letter which informed me that the Vines had been sent off on the 15th, I have Constantly made enquiries after them at the Different Waggon Offices but cannot get any account of them — they all Positively deny having any such things — as there are Several Gosport Waggons I beg the favour Sir to know by which they were Sent — I am happy to say that neither the Olives, Carobs or Camphor have any hurt from the Frost —
I am Sir your Obedent & grateful Jan 27. Servant G. Sutton
